Our home came upon water damage which needed to be assessed immediately, I called our insurance company right away and put me in contact with Paul Davis Restoration in south bay san diego and from our initial contact up into getting through mitigation for repairs to be finalized the customer service I have received has been nothing short of excellent, they are very professional, quick to response, knowledgeable, easy to communicate. I want to personally Thank Michael and Manny they are very approachable, Pat, Adolfo, Rolando and all the rest of the crew for always being one call away making sure that everything is taking care of you guys are wonderful, very informative of what is taking place and keeping me somewhat sane with laughs and smiles. With saying that I have chosen to use this company for my repairs as well and am looking forward to getting this project finished. I had pretty extensive water damage from a storm and my insurance company connected me to this group. They were very fast to respond, professional and left my place cleaner when they left than it was when they got here. Communication was very easy and efficient throughout the process. I interacted with a number of people from their team and they were all great to work with during the reconstruction. I highly recommend them. I love that every single team member that came onto my home was extremely respectful. There was adequate attention to detail. They were efficient, quick, super professional. They left my home better than it was before. My parents were so impressed when they came over of how beautiful Paul Davis left my place. If in the near future, I am in need of any restoration matters. I will be sure to contact them. I was expecting the restoration process to be somewhat of a nightmare. I was called out of state and had to put my trust in the restoration managers. I was kept informed and I was supplied with photos throughout the entire process. Phone calls and text messages were answered promptly. The quality of work performed was better than I expected. Probably the most important thing was that I was listened to and everything I requested was finished correctly. I would definitely recommend Paul Davis to my friends if needed.

Great experience! Highly recommend Manuel, Pat and their team. We remodeled the whole master bathroom and walk-in closets (combine two separate walk-in closets into one large walk-in closet. Everything came out perfectly as we envisioned thanks to their awesome work, from demolition of everything and removing walls to putting down new flooring, new countertops, tiles, closets, bathtub, adding new shower system, etc. And they gave us the best price among all the quotes we received - some quotes sound like a complete scam, they kept lowering the price or throwing free services/materials in a sketchy spreadsheet/note and did not give us clear quotes when we asked. Versus Manuel gave us a professional quote with clear breakdown of every single items from the beginning, we felt comfortable choosing his company for our remodeling project and it was a great decision we made. We highly recommend them to our friends and people we know.
